Recommended Operating Cadence
How this works
Operating cadence is the heartbeat of an operating system. The mistake most operators make is too many meetings (everyone talks, nothing decides) or too few (gaps go silent for weeks). This designer applies a few simple rules: huddle daily, decide weekly, close monthly, redirect quarterly, reset annually — with industry-specific adders for the ones you can't skip.
